The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. has disclosed a transaction involving its Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Kyriakos Sarantis. According to L.3556/2007 and the provisions of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, Mr. Sarantis executed a purchase on December 3, 2024.
The transaction involved the acquisition of 1,371 common shares at an average price of 10.64 euros per share.
