The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. has disclosed a transaction involving one of its executives, in compliance with regulatory requirements. According to L.3556/2007 and the provisions of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and Council, Mr. Konstantinos Stamatiou, who serves as Group Legal Counsel for the company, sold a total of 350 common shares.
The sale occurred on January 23rd, 2025, at an average price of 11.41 euros per share.
