GR. Sarantis S.A. has disclosed the acquisition of its own shares, in line with a decision made at the Shareholders’ Annual General Meeting on April 23, 2024. On January 21, 2025, the company purchased 585 shares at an average price of 10.92 euros each, amounting to a total expenditure of 6,386.46 euros.

With this transaction, GR. Sarantis S.A. now possesses 3,001,208 of its own shares. This holding represents 4.49% of the company’s total outstanding shares.

The announcement complies with article 49 of L. 4548/2018 and aligns with Regulation (EU) 596/2014 from the European Parliament and Council, as well as the European Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.
