GR. Sarantis S.A. has announced the purchase of 15,350 of its own shares on September 25, 2024. This move follows the resolution made at the Shareholders’ Annual General Meeting held on April 23, 2024.

The company bought these shares at an average price of 10.91 euros per share, totaling a value of 167,503.20 euros. As a result of this transaction, GR. Sarantis S.A. now holds a total of 2,553,591 own shares. This represents 3.82% of the company’s total outstanding shares.

This announcement complies with article 49 of L. 4548/2018, Regulation (EU) 596/2014 of the European Parliament and the Council, and the European Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.
