GR. Sarantis S.A. has disclosed the acquisition of 5,650 of its own shares as per the decision made during the Shareholders’ Annual General Meeting on April 23, 2024. This transaction took place on December 18, 2024, at an average price of 10.77 euros per share, amounting to a total expenditure of 60,831 euros.

With this recent purchase, GR. Sarantis S.A. now holds a total of 2,931,138 shares in its treasury. These shares represent approximately 4.38% of the company’s entire outstanding share count.

The company issued this announcement following article 49 of L. 4548/2018 and adhering to Regulation (EU) 596/2014 by the European Parliament and Council alongside the European Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.
