GR. SARANTIS S.A. has announced the acquisition of 15,000 of its own shares. This action is in line with the resolution from the Shareholders’ Annual General Meeting held on April 23, 2024. The shares were purchased on September 24, 2024, at an average price of 11.00 euros per share, totaling 164,963.34 euros.

Following this transaction, GR. SARANTIS S.A. now holds a total of 2,538,241 own shares. This amount represents approximately 3.80% of the company’s total outstanding shares.

The announcement complies with article 49 of L. 4548/2018, Regulation (EU) 596/2014 by the European Parliament and Council, and the European Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.
