The shares of Global Gaming Solutions have commenced trading on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange. On December 4, the company, which offers the iPLAY platform for online lottery games, alongside investment intermediary ABC Finance, raised BGN 1.3 million through an initial public offering (IPO) on the SME Growth market beam organized by the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE). The funds will be used for regional expansion and marketing of the game platform.

Global Gaming Solutions entered the market in 2022 and has already acquired 50,000 customers. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Manu Moravenov, CEO of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, welcomed the company: “You are the 19th company on the beam market, the market that meets investors’ expectations and keeps on discovering and supporting new and innovative companies. We wish you success with your ambitions for regional expansion.”

Vladimir Dzhidzhishev, co-founder of Global Gaming Solutions, stated: “Our goals are really rather ambitious and we would hardly manage to fulfil them without the support and financing raised through the capital market.”

Nataliya Petrova from ABC Finance remarked: “To ABC Finance it is a historical moment as this is our first IPO realized on the beam market and it is proof that when there is a successful business, the trust of investors is justifiable.”

Management representatives Vladimir Dzhidzhishev, Stefan Kotokov, and Boris Vardev rang the bell to mark the official start of trading.

Global Gaming Solutions becomes the 19th company listed on the beam market since its inception in 2020.
