GEK TERNA S.A. has announced the signing of an agreement marking the start of a sub-concession for the development of the “Philippos II” terminal at Kavala Port Authority S.A. The company is a shareholder and member of “Sarisa Sub-Concession of Kavala Port Philippos B S.A.”, holding 35% of its share capital.

The investor will have the right to use, operate, maintain, and operate a multi-purpose terminal in the port of Kavala for 40 years.
