GEK TERNA S.A. has announced the acquisition of 10,000 of its own shares on October 21, 2024. The purchase was made in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052. Additionally, it complied with Article 49 of Law 4548/2018 and followed a decision from the Extraordinary General Assembly of Shareholders dated February 13, 2024.

The shares were bought at an average price of €17.6042 per share, amounting to a total transaction value of €176,042.38. As a result of this transaction, GEK TERNA S.A. now holds a total of 3,059,281 treasury shares. This represents approximately 2.9580% of the total number of issued shares.
