GEK TERNA S.A. has announced the acquisition of 5,000 of its own shares on January 20, 2025. This transaction was conducted in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament, Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052, and article 49 of Law 4548/2018. The purchase follows a decision made by the Extraordinary General Assembly of Shareholders on February 13, 2024.

The shares were bought at an average price of €18.4045 each, amounting to a total transaction value of €92,022.60. As a result of this purchase, GEK TERNA S.A. now holds a total of 3,111,281 treasury shares. This represents approximately 3.0083% of the company’s total issued shares.
