Flexopack announces $33 million investment plan in Pennsylvania

FLEXOPACK S.A., officially known as FLEXOPACK SOCIÉTÉ ANONYME COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL PLASTICS COMPANY, has announced a new investment in the United States. The company’s subsidiary, Flexopack USA INC, plans to purchase an 80,000 square meter land plot in Lebanon County, Pennsylvania. This move is intended for the development of a production and industrial facility.

The company aims to enhance its presence in the U.S. market through this project. The investment is expected to improve distribution and service efficiency nationwide. The initial phase of the project will take at least four years and is valued at approximately USD 33 million. Funding will come from both the Group’s resources and bank loans.

Flexopack USA INC has already secured a grant of USD 500,000 from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Additionally, it plans to apply for further financial support through the Manufacturing Tax Credit program and the Pennsylvania Rail Freight Assistance program.
