Bulgaria’s Fibank, also known as First Investment Bank, now offers a new Right of Choice mortgage loan with the interest rate fixed at 3.5 percent for the first three years of the loan.

The Right of Choice mortgage loan also has no commission or management fee. Customers can also select a 12-month grace period on payments once every five years after year one. The maximum loan term is 35 years and there’s no limit on the size of the loan. The loans are granted for up to 90 percent of a property’s market value.

Those interested can apply for the loan and get a free certificate of approval that is valid for six months. This feature helps potential homeowners plan their finances and home purchase according to the loan specifications
