Anybody who’s ever watched a Gordon Ramsey kitchen show should know how important reviews are to restaurants or any other business.

A company called FeedCheck is looking to help firms to aggregate all of those online reviews to help them make better decisions and interact more fully with customers.

“The Internet, now, is interactive,” FeedCheck co-founder Adrian Balcan told Balkan Business Wire. Consumers post reviews on the Internet, and we think that this phenomenon will increase. Brands will need tools to monitor consumers’ feedback. FeedCheck helps brands to collect this feedback.”

With a unique dashboard, FeedCheck collects diverse review information from different “feeds,” or venues, on the internet. This, business leaders say, will help clients to “have an overview of customer perception” and “get valuable insights about products,” also allowing more capable and confident reactions when the business does receive some negative input.

Balcan said FeedCheck has been in business for five years, and began as a web crawling company. FeedCheck, he said, was able to build the review tool after brainstorming about how brands need to forge connections with their customers in the digital era.

With the customer experience market booming, FeedCheck is poised to play a role in making sure that modern businesses have the customer relationship intelligence that they need.

The company is based in Romania, where, like other Balkan countries, there’s an emerging national focus on technology startups.

“Here, we have a lot of good talent in the tech field,” Balcan said.

Making use of the local development community, he said, is part of what allows FeedCheck to offer the quality of service that he feels positions the company for success. Take a look at FeedCheck ‘s dashboard setups on the website and see how analytics and tools can position the company for better success in today’s always-connected world.
