Coral A.E. acquires Lukoil Cyprus

Coral A.E., a wholly owned subsidiary of Motor Oil (Hellas) Corinth Refineries S.A., recently completed its acquisition of all shares of Lukoil Cyprus Limited.

Lukoil is owned by Lukoil Europe Holdings B.V., a company based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. The deal closed earlier this month and was initially announced in November.

Lukoil Cyprus Limited runs a network of 31 retail service stations.
