CB Texim Bank issued the following announcement April 10.

In connection with the public offering of a bond issue by Texim Bank AD, amounting to 22,000 (twenty-two thousand) ordinary, dematerialized, registered, interest-bearing, freely transferable, convertible and unsecured bonds, each with a par value of BGN 1,000 (one thousand) and issue value of BGN 1,000 (one thousand), we inform you of the following:

By Decision of 10.04.2020 of the Management Board, approved by the Supervisory Board of Texim Bank AD, pursuant to Art. 84, para. 1 of the Public Offering of Securities Act, the public offering of a bond issue by Texim Bank AD in the amount of 22,000 (twenty-two thousand) ordinary, dematerialized, registered, interest-bearing, freely transferable, convertible and unsecured bonds was extended until 24.07.2020. , each with a nominal value of BGN 1,000 (one thousand) and an issue value of BGN 1,000 (one thousand).

In connection with the extension of the public offering, the term for subscription of bonds is changed to 81 days after the expiry of the term for transfer of rights. The term for subscription of bonds expires on 24.07.2020. The last day of the extended term is considered to be the deadline for subscription. All other public offering deadlines remain the same and do not change.
