Bulgarian Stock Exchange publishes interim report for fourth quarter of 2025

The Bulgarian Stock Exchange has released its interim report as of December 31, 2025. According to the announcement, the report for the fourth quarter of 2025 is available on the Exchange’s website under Investor Relations -> BSE Reports and also on the financial media site X3News.

The Bulgarian Stock Exchange serves as Bulgaria’s primary platform for trading equities, bonds, and other securities. The exchange provides an organized capital market with equal access to information and trading conditions for all participants. The exchange operates as Bulgaria’s only licensed stock exchange, holding this status since October 9, 1997. It was established in 1995 following the merger of several regional exchanges. Leadership includes Manyu Moravenov as chief executive officer and Asen Yagodin as chairman of the board.
