Over the past five years, companies participating in the beamUp lab growth program have collectively raised more than BGN 300 million. The program has seen over 100 companies take part since its inception, offering them access to various market financing opportunities, including debt, equity, banking, and capital market funding through four joint meetings with partners.

The closing ceremony for the 2025 edition introduced nearly 20 new innovative companies selected for the sixth edition of beamUp lab. Approximately one-third of these companies are from the technology sector, and 15% have already completed at least one round of venture capital funding.

At the annual Galaxy Party, Deputy Minister of Innovation and Growth Martin Danovski officially opened the event. Five top-performing companies were recognized in an awards ceremony held with partners such as the Bulgarian Association of Licensed Investment Intermediaries, the Bulgarian Development Bank, the Fund of Funds, and the Bulgarian Entrepreneurial Association.

Clever Pine received the Super Star award for overall achievement. DAYE was honored with The Moon for Investors award for making a significant impression on investors with its focus on women’s gynecological health. DABOV Specialty Coffee was presented with The Sun of Community award for providing socially significant services. MEAVO won The Green Star award for green innovation in office phone booth production. Alteya Organics was chosen by public vote as Favourite Star.

A special beamUp Star award was given to the Bulgarian Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion Agency and its executive director Boyko Takov for supporting a forthcoming joint initiative with the Bulgarian Stock Exchange that aims to help new companies list on the capital market. This program will cover costs related to listing and initial public offerings. An official launch announcement is expected soon.
