The Bulgarian Stock Exchange AD has announced an interim dividend distribution following its extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on November 25, 2025. The gross dividend per share for the first half of 2025 is set at BGN 1.26.
According to the company, the starting date for the dividend payout will be announced at a later time. Dividends will be distributed through the Central Depository and CB UniCredit Bulbank.
Shareholders who are registered with the central securities register as of December 9, 2025, will be entitled to receive the dividend. The final date for transacting shares in order to qualify for this dividend is December 5, 2025, with an ex-dividend date set for December 8, 2025.
