The Bulgarian Stock Exchange AD (BSE) has announced details regarding its dividend distribution for the year 2023. The decision was made during the General Meeting of Shareholders on June 18, 2024.
Shareholders will receive a gross dividend of BGN 0.296 per share. The distribution is set to commence on August 15, 2024. The dividends will be paid out through the Central Depository and CB UniCredit Bulbank.
