Bulgaria Air will resume its flights to and from Tel Aviv starting December 26, 2024. The national carrier aims to enhance conditions for civil flights in Israeli airspace.

The flights on the regular route between Sofia and Israel’s capital will operate during daylight hours, specifically in the morning and afternoon. By the end of this year and into January 2025, these flights will occur twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays. In February, an additional flight on Tuesdays will increase the frequency to three times a week. Detailed information regarding the flight schedule and current travel conditions is available on Bulgaria Air’s official website under the Destinations section.

This decision follows a stabilization of the situation in the Middle East region after a thorough risk and safety assessment concerning passengers and crews. The airline will continue monitoring developments and adhere to international recommendations and safety measures.

For further updates, travelers are encouraged to check Bulgaria Air’s official website, mobile app, or social media channels.
