The BSE Indices Committee has announced decisions from its session on June 20, 2025, as recorded in the Record of Proceedings No. 5.
According to item 2 of the Rules for Calculating the Corporate Governance Index (CGIX), the index’s base will be updated with new constituents effective June 23, 2025. The companies included are Agria Group Holding AD, Bulgarian Stock Exchange AD, Monbat AD, Sopharma AD, First Investment Bank AD, Central Cooperative Bank AD, and Shelly Group SE.
Additionally, in reference to item 15 of the same rules, the committee has established new free-float factors for these companies. These changes also take effect on June 23, 2025. The free-float factors are median values calculated for the period from March 2 to June 1, 2025.
Furthermore, weight factors for these issues will be determined based on closing prices from June 20, 2025.
The committee has scheduled its next meeting for September 2, 2025. At this meeting, it will specify new free-float factors that will come into force on September 23, 2025.
