On April 4, 2025, the BSE Board of Directors made a decision concerning the issuer Orgtechnica AD. The Board established a deadline for Orgtechnica AD to pay the annual fee required for maintaining the listing of shares on the Exchange. According to the 2025 Tariff of Fees, this payment is due by April 11, 2025.

If Orgtechnica AD fails to meet this deadline, trading in its shares will be suspended starting April 15, 2025.
