Briq Properties’ shares trade ex-rights post-merger with Intercontinental International

As of December 27, 2024, shares of “BRIQ PROPERTIES REIC” will be traded on the Athens Stock Exchange without rights to participate in a share capital increase. This follows the merger by acquisition of “INTERCONTINENTAL INTERNATIONAL REIC.” The exchange ratio is set such that each shareholder of “INTERCONTINENTAL INTERNATIONAL REIC” will receive 1.19444444444444 new shares of “BRIQ PROPERTIES REIC” for each old share held. Shareholders of “BRIQ PROPERTIES REIC” will retain their current number of shares.

According to article 2.6.3. of the ATHEX Rulebook and decisions No 22 & 26 of the ATHEX Board, price fluctuation limits for trading on December 27 are specified as follows: +30% from the closing share price on December 23, which was €2.1700, and -30% from the adjusted start share price at €2.1600.

The adjusted share price stands at €2.1600, with a closing share price from the last session recorded at €2.1700. Consequently, the maximum trading limit is set at €2.8200 and the minimum trading limit at €1.5150.

These limits take into account that in the ΟΑΣΗΣ system (the Advanced Electronic & Automated System for Securities Trading of ATHEX), the starting share price is considered as the adjusted share price.
