Business analytics and research is a booming industry, and Macedonia’s BizzBee Solutions helps firms use their own data and move forward in areas like lead generation, business planning, email marketing and more.

Through a transparent landing page interface, BizzBee helps show how companies can revolutionize planning and marketing efforts.

“I’ve always believed that if you work hard, the results will come,” BizzBee founder Danco Dimkov told Balkan Business Wire. “That’s vested in the entire BizzBee Solutions culture. When we get a client, we work really hard to deliver the required results.”

Since the company’s founding in 2016, BizzBee grew from two people to 30 people, with three offices in Skopje, Macedonia, Dimkov said. The company now works with more than 100 clients around the world.

“That is the result of excellent teamwork and hard work,” Dimkov said.

Although BizzBee is new, Dimkov has been in some form of startup business for 10 years, having started a company called AdvertSMS in 2008.

“I’ve always loved, and I still love, the game of entrepreneurship,” Dimkov said. “Nothing compares to running a successful business. What got me started is my ambition to become an entrepreneur and my goal to solve problems in business. Because you can’t have a successful business if you are not able to solve your client’s problem.”

Detailing the reasons for the company’s success, Dimkov talked about creating quality long-term relationships with clients and employees.

“The more we invest in (employees), the more we can rely on their expertise,” Dimkov said. “We don’t do micro-management. We define goals and delegate the responsibility to the people that actually do the job. When you empower people, magic happens.”

In the future, Dimkov said BizzBee will continue to assist its clients in reaching new heights of success.

“Our growth is a consequence of continuous increase in the demand of our services, especially from our existing clients,” Dimkov said. “In order to continue the support, we will have to expand our service range.”
