Bianor Holding has commenced trading on the Premium Equities Segment of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE). Previously, its shares were traded on the Standard Equities Segment. The transition was marked by a ring-the-bell ceremony at the BSE.

During the event, BSE Executive Director Assoc. Prof. Manyu Moravenov addressed the company’s representatives, stating: “You belong to the good examples in the capital market, not only in terms of liquidity but also by providing the investors with a high level of communication and transparency. We hope more Bulgarian companies follow in your footsteps of success and development.”

The technology company is planning another capital increase following several acquisitions of IT companies last year.
