Housing loans insured by the National Mortgage Insurance Corporation amounted to $66.49 million for the bank last year, compared with $46.2 million in 2015. Approved housing loans increased from 1,047 in 2015 to 1,487 in 2016.
The bank offers insured mortgage loans at a variable annual rate of 2.57 percent (2.79 percent plus six-month EURIBOR).
