Banca Intesa Beograd recently started providing a service for
customers that will allow them to apply for a loan with an e-banking app and
receive feedback within 15 minutes.
The app will allow Banca Intesa customers to apply
for Laki keš, Intermezzo keš and Senior keš cash loans online. If approved,
customers can go to their bank branch, sign a loan
agreement and receive the loan funds after providing their ID, the only documentation
required. The process only requires one visit to the bank.
Through this new service, Banca Intesa hopes to make the
process of getting a loan easier and more flexible for its customers. The
company has also pledged to remove the loan processing fee for loans granted
through the e-banking app by April 2017.
