Banca Intesa Beograd is making it easier for customers to apply for loans via the internet.
Customers can now submit a loan application online and get a response within 15 minutes, whether the loan is for extra cash or a senior cash loan. Through the end of March, customers will not be charged a processing fee for submitting loan applications via the e-banking application.
If a customer receives an approval notice after applying for a loan online, the loan arrangement still must be finalized in a bank branch office by signing the final documents. Those approved should bring an identification card to the bank branch. This also protects the customer from bank fraud.
