Alpha Trust Holdings grants shares to top executives in OTC transaction

Alpha Trust Holdings S.A. has announced the allocation of shares to key managerial personnel. According to a disclosure received by the company, on December 16, 2024, shares were granted for free through an over-the-counter transaction. This was executed following a resolution passed by the Extraordinary General Assembly of Shareholders on November 3, 2023.

The recipients of these shares include Mr. Faidon – Theodoros Tamvakakis, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Mr. Christodoulos Aesopos, Chief Executive Officer. Both individuals have been allocated 4,000 common registered shares each with voting rights. The total value for each allotment is reported at 35,040 euros based on the closing price of 8.76 euros per share at the time of the transaction.

This announcement aligns with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 and Law 3556/2007 requirements concerning disclosures by persons discharging managerial responsibilities.
