GR. SARANTIS S.A. has announced the acquisition of its own shares, following a resolution from the Shareholders' Annual General Meeting held on April 23, 2024. On January 14, 2025, the company purchased 6,205 shares at an average price of 10.77 euros per share, totaling 66,814.16 euros.

After this transaction, GR. SARANTIS S.A. now holds a total of 2,975,772 shares in its own capital stock. This represents approximately 4.45% of the company's total outstanding shares.

The announcement was made in compliance with article 49 of L. 4548/2018 and regulations from the European Parliament and Council.
