Alpha Trust Holdings S.A. has announced the completion of a free distribution of its own shares to certain members of its Board of Directors. This transaction, conducted on December 16, 2024, involved the transfer of 8,000 common registered shares with voting rights. The distribution was carried out in accordance with article 114 of Law 4548/2018.

The total value of these distributed shares amounted to 70,080 euros, based on the closing price of 8.76 euros per share on the transaction date.

This action follows a resolution from an Extraordinary General Assembly of Shareholders held on November 3, 2023. The assembly approved the free distribution to specific board members and company personnel upon achieving particular goals. These achievements were verified by resolutions from the Board of Directors dated May 29 and December 10, 2024.

The shares were acquired as part of Alpha Trust Holdings' own share buyback program, also approved during the November assembly in 2023.

After this distribution, Alpha Trust Holdings retains a total of 33,250 own shares, representing approximately 1.07% of its total share count.
