TERNA ENERGY S.A. has announced a reconstitution of its Board of Directors following a change in control after the acquisition of 70% of the company. This development took place on November 28, 2024.

The previous board members, George Spyrou (Executive Member), Aristotelis Spiliotis (Executive Member), Michael Gourzis (Non-Executive Member), Nikolaos Voutichtis (Non-Executive Member), and Andreas Taprantzis (Independent Non-Executive Member) submitted their resignations on November 27, 2024.

The new Board of Directors' term will expire on June 23, 2026, with the possibility of extension until the first Annual General Meeting post-expiration.

Additionally, changes were made to the company's committees following these resignations.
