GR. SARANTIS S.A. has announced the acquisition of its own shares, following a resolution from the Shareholders' Annual General Meeting on April 23, 2024. On December 12, 2024, the company purchased 4,409 shares at an average price of 10.83 euros per share, amounting to a total value of 47,737.70 euros.

As a result of this transaction, GR. SARANTIS S.A. now holds a total of 2,924,790 own shares. This represents approximately 4.38% of the company's total outstanding shares.

The announcement complies with article 49 of L. 4548/2018 and is in accordance with Regulation (EU) 596/2014 by the European Parliament and Council as well as the European Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.
