GR. Sarantis S.A. has confirmed the acquisition of its own shares, as per the resolution passed during the Shareholders' Annual General Meeting on April 23, 2024. On December 11, 2024, the company purchased 6,218 shares at an average price of 10.81 euros each, totaling a value of 67,225.40 euros.

As a result of this transaction, GR. Sarantis S.A. now holds a total of 2,920,381 shares in itself, which represents 4.37% of its total outstanding shares.

The announcement complies with article 49 of L. 4548/2018 and adheres to Regulation (EU) 596/2014 by the European Parliament and Council along with the European Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.
