On December 5, 2024, JUMBO S.A. purchased 3,264 of its own shares at an average price of EUR 25.8323 per share. The total value of this transaction amounted to EUR 84,316.48.

After this purchase, JUMBO S.A. holds a total of 655,858 treasury shares. This represents approximately 0.48% of the company's total issued shares.

The company states that this announcement complies with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 from the European Parliament and Council dated April 16, 2014, as well as Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 from March 8, 2016.
