The shares were acquired on December 4, 2024, at an average price of EUR 25.7217 each, amounting to a total value of EUR 771,651.68. As a result of this purchase, JUMBO S.A. now holds a total of 652,594 treasury shares. This represents approximately 0.48% of the company's total issued shares.
