GR. SARANTIS S.A. has announced the acquisition of its own shares, following a decision made at the Shareholders' Annual General Meeting on April 23, 2024. On December 3, 2024, the company purchased 9,650 shares at an average price of 10.74 euros per share, amounting to a total value of 103,623 euros.

With this transaction, GR. SARANTIS S.A. now holds a total of 2,878,698 own shares. This represents approximately 4.31% of the company's total outstanding shares.

The announcement complies with article 49 of L. 4548/2018 and follows Regulation (EU) 596/2014 of the European Parliament and Council as well as the European Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.
