The national airline of Bulgaria, Bulgaria Air, held an Open Day on November 11 at its headquarters. The event attracted a significant number of visitors and applicants interested in the vacant cabin crew positions. Coverage of the event was provided by TV Bulgaria ON AIR, which featured it in their central news feed.
Kristina Dimitrova, Training Manager Cabin Crew Flight Attendant Instructor, and Stefan Zahariev, Flight Attendant Instructor from Bulgaria Air, were present to answer questions from attendees. They discussed the dynamic and responsible nature of being a flight attendant and highlighted the benefits of working at high altitudes. They also outlined the necessary qualities and skills for prospective cabin crew members.
During the Open Day report, Kristina Dimitrova shared her experiences with the airline and spoke about the advantages of new aircraft added to Bulgaria Air's fleet. "What is different about the new Airbus A220 aircraft is that they create comfort for passengers. Because of the cabin layout, service is very fast and communication with passengers is very easy. We are the only aviation operator in Bulgaria that operates these aircraft," Dimitrova stated.
Attendees learned about pursuing a career as a steward or stewardess, with some expressing genuine interest in joining this profession. Those interested can find more information about vacancies for cabin crew members on Bulgaria Air's official website under the Careers section.
