KRIKRI Milk Industry S.A. has announced the acquisition of its own shares, as per a resolution from its Shareholders' Meeting on July 2, 2024. On November 26, 2024, the company purchased 1,517 shares through the Athens Exchange at an average price of €13.9846 per share, amounting to a total value of €21,214.60.

The transactions were executed by NBG Securities S.A., which is a member of the Athens Exchange. Following these purchases, KRIKRI SA now holds a total of 78,154 own shares. This represents approximately 0.236% of the company's total issued shares.

The announcement complies with Regulation (EU) 596/2014 and Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.
