The national airline, Bulgaria Air, has announced that it will maintain its domestic route between Sofia and Bourgas during the winter months. This service aims to provide convenient travel options for both business and leisure travelers, as well as facilitating transfers to international destinations within the airline's network.
Starting December 1, flights will operate three times a week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays until March 2025. Passengers arriving in Sofia can connect with incoming flights from Paris, Amsterdam, and Rome. Additionally, there is an option to catch an evening flight to Brussels. On Sundays, the flight from Sofia to Bourgas will be scheduled in the evening with return connections available from cities such as Paris, Amsterdam, Prague, Zurich, Frankfurt, London, and Berlin.
Tickets for a one-way journey in economy class start at 56 euros. This price includes hand luggage up to 10 kg along with either a handbag or laptop bag.
