The purchase was made in accordance with a resolution from the company's Shareholders' Meeting dated July 2, 2024. The transaction took place on November 21, 2024, at an average price of €13.95 per share, totaling €20,925.00.

The purchases were facilitated by NBG Securities S.A., a member of the Athens Exchange. Following this transaction, KRIKRI SA now holds a total of 75,935 own shares, representing 0.23% of the total number of shares issued by the company.
