JUMBO S.A., a company listed on Bloomberg as BELA GA and Reuters as BABr.AT, has announced the purchase of 30,000 of its own shares. This transaction took place on November 19, 2024, at an average price of EUR 24.1175 per share, totaling EUR 723,525.10.

The decision to buy back shares was made in accordance with article 49 of Law 4548/2018 and followed the resolutions from the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting on September 26, 2024, and the Board of Directors meeting on September 30, 2024.

As a result of this acquisition, JUMBO S.A. now holds a total of 406,857 treasury shares. This represents approximately 0.30% of the company's total issued shares.

The announcement complies with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 by the European Parliament and Council dated April 16, 2014, along with Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 from March 8, 2016.
