KRIKRI Milk Industry S.A. has announced the acquisition of 2,908 of its own shares through the Athens Exchange. This transaction was carried out in accordance with a resolution from the company's Shareholders' Meeting on July 2, 2024. The shares were purchased on November 19, 2024, at an average price of €13.456 per share, totaling €39,130.10.

The purchases were executed by NBG Securities S.A., a member of the Athens Exchange. Following this acquisition, KRIKRI SA now holds a total of 71,685 own shares, which represents 0.217% of its total issued shares.

The company stated that "this announcement is issued pursuant to Regulation (EU) 596/2014 and Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052."
