The company reported that Mr. Kyriakos Sarantis, who serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Executive Member of the Board, executed a series of share purchases.

On November 15th, 2024, Mr. Sarantis acquired a total of 2,903 common shares at an average price of 10.43 euros per share. Following this transaction, he further purchased 31,194 common shares on November 18th, 2024, at an average price of 10.10 euros per share.
