Jumbo S.A., a company listed on Bloomberg and Reuters, has announced the purchase of its own shares. The acquisition was conducted under article 49 of Law 4548/2018, following decisions made by the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting on September 26, 2024, and the Board of Directors on September 30, 2024.

On November 11, 2024, Jumbo S.A. acquired 662 shares at an average price of EUR 24.6982 per share. The total value of this transaction amounted to EUR 16,350.24.

With this recent purchase, Jumbo S.A. now holds a total of 267,115 treasury shares. This represents approximately 0.20% of the company's total issued shares.

The announcement complies with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.
