GR. Sarantis S.A. has disclosed a recent acquisition of its own shares, aligning with the resolution passed during the Shareholders' Annual General Meeting on April 23, 2024. On November 5, 2024, the company purchased 6,800 shares at an average price of 10.95 euros each, amounting to a total expenditure of 74,429 euros.

With this transaction completed, GR. Sarantis S.A. now possesses a total of 2,748,356 own shares. This represents approximately 4.11% of the company's total outstanding shares.

The announcement complies with article 49 of L. 4548/2018 and adheres to Regulation (EU) 596/2014 by the European Parliament and Council as well as the European Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.
