GR. Sarantis S.A. has disclosed the acquisition of its own shares, following a decision made at the Shareholders' Annual General Meeting on April 23, 2024. On November 1, 2024, the company purchased 6,200 shares at an average price of 10.97 euros each, totaling a value of 68,017.92 euros.

The company now possesses a total of 2,737,356 own shares, which represent 4.09% of its total outstanding shares.

This action aligns with article 49 of L. 4548/2018 and adheres to Regulation (EU) 596/2014 from the European Parliament and Council as well as the European Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.
