GR. Sarantis S.A. has announced the acquisition of its own shares as part of a decision made during the Shareholders' Annual General Meeting on April 23, 2024. On October 30, 2024, the company purchased 3,850 shares at an average price of 10.97 euros each, amounting to a total value of 42,226 euros.

As a result of this transaction, GR. Sarantis S.A. now holds a total of 2,730,606 shares in its possession. This number represents approximately 4.08% of the company's total outstanding shares.

The announcement was made in compliance with article 49 of L. 4548/2018 and follows Regulation (EU) 596/2014 by the European Parliament and Council along with the European Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.
