GEK TERNA S.A. has announced the acquisition of 13,500 of its own shares on October 24, 2024. This transaction was conducted in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052. The purchase aligns with article 49 of Law 4548/2018 and follows a decision made by the Extraordinary General Assembly of Shareholders on February 13, 2024.

The shares were bought at an average price of €17.4174 each, amounting to a total transaction value of €235,135.08. After this acquisition, GEK TERNA S.A.'s total holdings amount to 3,092,781 treasury shares. This represents approximately 2.9904% of the company's total issued shares.
