The transaction took place on October 24, 2024, with each share purchased at an average price of 10.98 euros, amounting to a total expenditure of 76,280 euros.

The company now possesses a total of 2,717,156 own shares. This figure represents approximately 4.06% of the company's total outstanding shares.
